Terms of Service

Become Topper AI ("Become Topper", "we") is run by 108 Universe, Kadugudi, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067, India. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Who can sign up

Accounts are for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or over. You create the account with your Google account and add your children as learners. Children use Become Topper under your supervision and never sign in themselves.

Free trial and subscription

Each Google account gets one free trial of 1 day. After that, Become Topper needs a paid subscription of ₹499 per month [inclusive of / plus GST], billed through Razorpay. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; Become Topper keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for.

Fair use

To keep the service affordable there is a daily limit on new lessons per family. Please don't share an account between families, resell access, or try to break or overload the service.

About AI answers

Become Topper uses artificial intelligence to explain topics, draw pictures and check answers. AI can make mistakes. Become Topper is a learning aid, not a replacement for teachers or professional advice; please keep an eye on what your child learns.

Referral codes

Every family gets a referral code to share. Codes only record who invited whom; they don't earn money or free time unless we say otherwise in writing.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes by email. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what Become Topper needs to teach your child, and we never sell personal data or show ads.

What we collect

• About you (the parent): your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID from Google sign-in; your consent; your subscription and payment status.
• About your child: the first name, age, avatar and (if you add them) school, class and class teacher you enter; the questions they ask; the lessons Become Topper gives; quiz and coding results; drawings and code on the whiteboard; and short notes Become Topper keeps to personalise lessons (for example interests and topics they find tricky).
• Technical: one sign-in cookie, and settings saved in your browser (such as the chosen voice).

How we use it

To run the tutor, personalise lessons, schedule reviews, keep the service safe, handle payments, and improve lesson quality. Our staff can see learners' questions and learning records to give support and improve Become Topper.

Who we share it with

• AI and voice providers (Anthropic, Google and ElevenLabs) receive questions, whiteboard pictures and lesson text to produce answers and voices.
• Google for sign-in. Razorpay processes payments; we never see your card or UPI details.
• Anyone else only when the law requires it.

Children's data and your rights

We process children's data only with the consent of their parent or guardian, and never use it for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising. You can see and delete what Become Topper remembers about each child at any time, edit their details, and delete your whole account and all your children's data from the account menu. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account menu in Become Topper. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid month.

Every family gets a free day to try Become Topper before paying anything. After that, monthly payments are non-refundable, except when you were charged by mistake or charged twice: write to contact@108universe.com within 7 days and we refund approved amounts to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery Policy

Become Topper is an online service; nothing is shipped. You get access right after signing in with Google (free day) and right after your payment is confirmed (subscription), at become-topper-ai.108universe.com on any computer, tablet or phone with a modern browser. If access doesn't start within an hour of payment, write to contact@108universe.com.
